Returns & Warranty
Parts Return Policy
Returned Parts must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip. Parts that have been installed, hazardous materials, many electrical components, and liquids & aerosols are typically non-returnable.
Parts must be returned in person to the location listed on your invoice. Return eligibility & processing will be verified by the dealer at time of return. Not all parts are returnable.
We can refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our error or a damage product.
Parts Return Process
Log into your account and navigate to the Online Order History page and click the Request a Return button displayed next to each order. Enter the requested information and submit. Then bring the Parts into the location where purchased to process the return and determine return eligibility.
Parts Warranty
All John Deere parts come with at minimum a 6-month warranty from time of delivery. Parts installed by a John Deere Dealer come with a 12 month warranty. For more details, please contact your location.
Merchandise & Workshop Item Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase -- for any reason -- we will gladly accept returns. Only item(s) you return to us within 30 days of the purchase date will be considered for a refund. Please secure the contents of the package you are returning for the full retail value and keep all shipping receipts, as we cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit.

LandPro Equipment reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.
